2 cute!
I guess it's a sign that you spend too much time on the internet when it feels like there's nothing new to see/read. That being said, I googled for images of babies and look what I found!!! Baby hedgehogs. They're adorable!!! Mary Lou will be pleased. :)

Oh how adorable. At first my thought was "oh my gosh, she's (she being you Sonia)gone out and bought baby hedgehogs to keep Lily busy. hehe. Just place them where you don't want Little 'Lil to roll and watch the fun. Ouch.
Ah but you underestimate the durability of the hedgehog. They are tenacious. They can be squished and survive. They can be without food or water for almost a month and still survive. Oh yeah, they are up to Lily's strength. :)
Cats don't like their noses poked. Lily (my hedgehog, the one I am certain you named your Lily after -same spelling after all)never had a problem with cats or dogs. She would just bristle up and they would back off. If any had been smart enough to roll her over she would have just been one prickly ball. Pretty durable creatures except against the automobile.
I wouldn't get Lily a hedgehog - they don't make the greatest pets. They are nocturnal and fairly antisocial. You can't really play with them. Nah, get her a dog - a great big woofer to keep those cats in line.

I don't think baby hedgehogs would last long in Lily's hands. She's so strong!

hmmmm Alright, they'll last against Lily. But how about 3 cats??? :)
