Today is THE day. It's supposed to get up to 101F plus a heat index of whatever. I can't complain too much because I sit in an air conditioned house all day. I haven't been for a walk in awhile. Also, little Miss Lily was awake from 2 to 3 something this morning. Pedro woke me up and made me go and sleep with her at 2:30. She wouldn't settle down so I finally went and got her some water. She gulped it down and fell asleep in 2 minutes. I cannot wait for her to talk.
Oh man, I'm tired. I have been fairly productive. I wish I could get around the back of the house and cut down some of the saplings so the guys don't have to fight with them tomorrow putting up gutters. But it's too hot! Let me see... Lily has been grinding her teeth. I guess because they're so new, it sounds squeaky. Anyway, I hope everyone keeps cool and tries to have a good Wednesday. :)

I love that first picture. She was aware that you were taking it so made sure she had a pretty smile for the camera but also closed the eyes to avoid the flash. Smart little cookie.
